Refund & Return Policy

At Kalir Farm Market, we want you to love every order. Because our products are perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns of opened or consumed products for food-safety reasons. This policy explains how we handle damaged, defective, or incorrect orders.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at kalirmarket@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund for the affected item.
2. Perishable Goods
Because they are perishable, dried fruit and other food products are otherwise considered final sale and cannot be returned once delivered. We appreciate your understanding — this helps us keep every product fresh and safe.
3. Order Cancellations and Changes
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible at kalirmarket@gmail.com. We pack and ship quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.
4. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, or if a shipment is significantly delayed, please reach out and we will work with you and the carrier to make it right.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Square. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
